Changemaker Assembly: We Stand For…
Posted on 03/12/2019
signsDuring February's all-school morning meeting, our monthly assembly, we talked about why it's important to honor changemakers like Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, Rosa Parks, and Saundra Graham. Learning about changemakers throughout the school year helps us remember that individuals can create extraordinary change in the world, especially when they are part of a movement of people all working together. We can best honor their work by following their example and lifting up our voices and standing up for change.
