Report Cards & Conferences
In the 2025-2026 school year we will move to a trimester based reporting system with a report card that is aligned across all Cambridge Public Schools elementary schools. Please note the following dates as we shift to holding parent-teacher conferences after report cards go home.
| Trimester | Grades Close | Aspen Portal Opens | Apsen Portal Closes | Report Cards Go Home | Family Conferences |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 12/2/25 | 11/17/25 | 12/5/25 | 12/8/25 | 12/8 - 12/19 |
| 2 | 3/17/26 | 3/4/26 | 3/24/25 | 3/27/25 | 3/27 - 4/2 |
| 3* | 6/23/26 | 6/9/26 | 6/22/26 | 6/23/26 |
* This date may change depending on snow days.
At Graham & Parks we will also begin the year with Listening Conferences. Listening conferences are an opportunity to hear from a student and parent, guardian, or caregiver on needs, hopes, goals & dreams for the upcoming school year. They will be held from 9/2/2025 - 9/18/2025.
Arrival and Dismissal Time
Students should not enter the building until 7:50AM because there is no one on duty to supervise them. Before 8:05AM, students and family members are asked to wait in the playground, front lobby, or cafeteria (where breakfast is available) until the bell rings. Learn more >>
Late/Absence Procedures
When your child is absent, please be sure to call the Absent or Tardy Hotline at 617.349.6577 x125. This is a safety issue. Learn more >>
Class Configurations
Classrooms at the Graham and Parks Alternative Public School are singled graded, with the exception of PK/K classes and our Language-Based Learning Disabilities program, which both have mixed age groups.
