Sibling surveys went home in November. If you need one please let us know. This survey is to help us compile a list of families who may have JK or K students entering Graham & Parks in the fall of 2015. We do this so we can provide you with registration packets and invite you to take advantage of the opportunity to register here at the family liaison's office. When you receive the form please be sure to complete and return it to your homeroom teacher. We will contact you the first week in December to make a registration appointment.
TWO IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Registration is a SEPARATE PROCESS from responding to the Sibling Survey. Your Sibling Survey response does NOT secure your child’s Sibling Preference status. ONLY registration secures sibling preference status in the January Kindergarten Lottery.
2. The Sibling Survey applies to both S.E.I. (Sheltered English Immersion) AND general education families with siblings who may be enrolled or testing into the Kindergarten general education program in the fall of 2015.
Please be SURE to: 1. Fill out the Sibling Survey AND 2. Register your Kindergarten age child.
